These Terms of Use govern your use of mydataentrygigs.com and the services (the "Service") operated by Impulse Educação LTDA, CNPJ 37.837.482/0001-49, Rua Dona Laura, 320, Sala 701, Rio Branco, Porto Alegre/RS, CEP 90.430-090, Brazil ("Impulse", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  1. 1.1) You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

2. What the Service is

  1. 2.1) Impulse operates a digital platform with a curated board of remote data entry and administrative listings posted by third-party companies. Impulse is not an employer, recruiter or staffing agency. We do not hire, place or pay anyone, and we do not guarantee that any listing is available, accurate or will result in work or income.

3. Third-party listings

  1. 3.1) Listings are created and controlled by third-party companies with which Impulse has no partnership. Any application, agreement or work arrangement is solely between you and that company. Impulse is not responsible for their hiring decisions, pay, conduct, requirements or the content of their listings.

4. Sign-up and emails

  1. 4.1) By submitting our form, you agree to receive your access and emails about our services, including paid offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

5. Free and paid services

  1. 5.1) Access to the job board is free. Some additional services are paid. The price and billing terms of any paid service, including whether the charge is one-time or recurring, are clearly shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. If a plan renews automatically, you can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected], and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

6. Refunds

  1. 6.1) You may request a full refund of any paid service within 7 days of purchase, as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Your account

  1. 7.1) Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

8. Acceptable use

  1. 8.1) You agree not to copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the job board or its content, interfere with the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

  1. 9.1) The website, job board compilation and all content created by Impulse are protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own job search.

10. No guarantee

  1. 10.1) The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Impulse makes no promise of employment, income or results of any kind.

11. Limitation of liability

  1. 11.1) To the extent permitted by law, Impulse is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your dealings with third-party companies. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes

  1. 12.1) We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

  1. 13.1) These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
